The Pediatric Unit is a 24 bed unit with patients between the ages of 1 and 14years. The patient population comes from Saudi Arabia as well as neighboring countries such as Bahrain , U.A.E, and Yemen . The unit has a variety of patient conditions which include but is not limited to cerebral palsy, spina bifida, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and muscular dystrophy. One of our major unit goals is education with a specific focus on adaptation to lifestyle alterations, as well as family centered support.
