We also develop strong relationships with other rehab institutions and organizations from the local to the international level, as well as with relevant departments and units at the City. All of our activities operate together toward developing a sound, reliable, and reputable model team for a superior quality rehabilitation education program..

PROGRAMS
Patient educators encourage patients and families to participate in their own healthcare through informed choice. We strive to help them make a smooth emotional transition and to increase their involvement with relevant community health services. The process begins by giving them the opportunity to participate in creating an individualized program. We then offer information through:
One-to-One Teaching Program
Support Groups Program
Group Educational Sessions Program
One-to-One Teaching Program
This program helps the patient adjust to his/her new lifestyle by communicating thoughts and feelings with a knowledgeable staff member. During this interaction, a health educator visits the patient and considers his/her health circumstances, and provides health information to meet the patient’s individual needs.
Support Group Program
Our commitment to patients and their families extends beyond the walls of our facilities. That’s why we developed rehabilitation support groups to provide a confidential and comforting environment for sharing personal experiences, obtaining helpful information, and listening to the ideas and experiences of those with similar health conditions. In these support groups, rehabilitation patients continue to learn and grow as active participants in their home communities with the ongoing support of their peers.
Group Educational Sessions Program
In these educational sessions, we work with a group of patients all diagnosed with the same health condition. By encouraging them and their families to actively participate in knowledge sharing and to evaluate what they have learned, we swiftly raise awareness among all involved.
Everyone has the right to sound health and empowering education. In uniting these issues, public health education programs aim to help lower the incidence of disease and improve quality of life among the general population. While we strive primarily to gain support for the differently-abled, and to prevent the increasing need for rehabilitation services, we also include common health topics among our presentations. This enables us to reach a wide audience of people with different educational backgrounds, interests, and needs. We work with school programs, participate in international days and special occasions, and hold symposiums.
In order to reach the public we have employed various methods and programs:
-
School Health Promotion/Education Program
-
International Days & Special Events
-
