Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City is pleased to announce it has been accredited
recently by the Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
The emphasis was on four major programs:
- Comprehensive In-Patient Rehabilitation Program
- In-Patient Pediatric Rehabilitation Program
- Stroke Rehabilitation Program
- Application of Governance Standards
This accreditation represents the highest international accreditation of rehabilitation
facilities in accordance with the global standards applied in North America and
Europe. That ensures the application of the best medical and rehabilitation practices;
ensuring quality and safety of patient care, to achieve the best possible outcomes
of the rehabilitation program for each patient.
The assessment and field survey covered all aspects of the provision of medical
care and determined its compliance with international standards. Survey results
were found to be identical to those standards and procedures; even surpassing some
international standards in terms of quality and excellence. This success is due,
after the help of Allah, to the keenness of the Founder and all those working for
the Foundation and the staff of Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City to provide
the best possible medical and rehabilitation services to our patients.
